The hotel is nice but definately could use some front desk keepers with a little better attitude and reliability. The hotel is under construction and the vibratory compactor used in packing the dirt for the pool was great to wake up to at 6 am when we were out all night so i would recomend a floor alot higher than the third floor so you can get some sleep from a long night out. Breakfast buffet for 12.00 bucks a person was terrible, food was cold and the selection was dissapointing not to mention almost needing a hammer to eat the waffles. Gave us a non smoking room but said we could smoke in there and that they would send up ash trays and in the 3 day stay they never arrived. We all didnt even get the same floor- family had sent a wedding basket that never arrived from room service and it took two hours to track that down.
Rooms were not bad- had a party of 6 and were suppose to have adjoining rooms and that didnt happen. Was greatly dissapointed in customer service from the time we checked in till the time we left.
